and to obey the Scout Law;

  The 12 points of the Scout Law are guidelines to lead me to wise life choices
To help other people at all times

  By helping when I can, I will be doing my part to make this a better world
To keep myself physically strong,
  I will take care of my body, avoiding drugs, alcohol, and tobacco

Outdoor Code

As an American I will do my best to
Be Clean in my outdoor manners:
  I will keep trash out of waters, woods, fields, and roadways
Be Careful with fire:
  I will prevent wildfires, leave my fire “dead out”, and my firepit clean
Be considerate in the outdoors:
  I will use low impact camping and hiking methods and respect the land
and Be conservation-minded:
  I will only use good conservation practices with woods, energy, and wildlife

Scoutmaster Benediction
May the blessings of the Heavenly Scoutmaster
rest
on you and all Scouts throughout the world, and may we find the trail that leads to Him.
